Salam Dealers,
Please be aware that CiMB services will be interrupted from 11.45 pm, Friday, 31st of Jan to 6 am, Monday, 3rd February 2014. The services interrupted are as follows:
However, payment for fuel delivery can still be made via our retail eDebit card.
As dealers, we are unable to deposit cash into either CDM or MEPS transfer from other banks. All weekend branches will e offline as well hence we will not be able to send cash to these branches.
Initial instruction from CiMB is as per above:
Dealers are to deposit the necessary amount needed for over the weekend fuel purchase into the Retail eDebit Card before 11 pm on Friday 31st Jan.
PESAMP foresee a lot of issues with this arrangement, with some dealers have around about RM130k per day worth of delivery, hence to cash in RM260k on Friday is out of the question.
Please be informed that we are currently in the midst of negotiating with CiMB on a solution to enable us to pay for fuel without putting too much strain on us.
